By using shopingnext.com or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Orders & Eligibility
You must be 18+ to order. An order is an offer to purchase; the contract is formed when we dispatch your items. We may cancel orders due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud — with a full refund of any amount paid.
2. Pricing & Products
Prices are in USD and may change without notice (confirmed orders are unaffected). Product images are for reference; slight variations may occur. Obvious pricing errors may be cancelled and refunded.
3. Payment
We accept cards, Cash on Delivery, bank transfer. Payments are processed securely by third-party providers — we never store your full card details. COD orders must be paid in full on delivery.
4. Shipping
Orders are delivered by FedEx, DHL, and local couriers as per our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates. International customers are responsible for customs duties and taxes.
5. Returns & Refunds
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
6. Your Account & Conduct
Keep your login details secure — you’re responsible for activity on your account. Fraud, unauthorized access, scraping, or abusive content will lead to account suspension.
7. Content & Intellectual Property
All Site content (logo, text, images, design) belongs to ShopingNext or its licensors and may not be copied for commercial use. Reviews you post may be used by us for the store and marketing; they must be honest and your own.
8. Privacy
Your data is handled under our Privacy Policy.
9. Liability
The Site is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect losses or delays caused by events beyond our control (carrier disruptions, customs, natural disasters).
10. Changes & Governing Law
We may update these Terms; the version posted when you order applies. These Terms are governed by the laws of United Arab Emirates, with disputes handled by the courts of Dubai.
